Soften lines caused by expression
Anti-wrinkle injections relax the small muscles that create lines when you frown, raise your brows or smile. The aim is a smoother, fresher look while you still move naturally.
Common areas are the forehead, the frown lines between the brows and crow’s feet around the eyes. The same treatment can also lift the tail of the brow, soften a gummy smile, turn out the top lip slightly (a lip flip) or relax the jaw muscle for clients who clench or grind.
This is a prescription treatment. Suitability is always assessed in a face-to-face consultation before any treatment goes ahead. Every area treatment includes a free review at around two weeks so Lucy can check how you have settled.

Brow lift
A small amount placed under the arch of the brow to gently lift and open the eye area.
Lip flip and smokers’ lines
Relaxes the upper lip muscle so the lip turns out slightly and looks fuller without filler.
Gummy smile
Relaxes the muscle that lifts the top lip so less gum shows when you smile.
Masseter and jaw slimming
Softens a strong jaw muscle. Can help with clenching and give a slimmer lower face.

How long until I see results?
Most people notice a difference within 3 to 5 days. The full result shows at around two weeks.
How long do results last?
Usually 3 to 4 months. This varies from person to person and can depend on your metabolism, the area treated and how strong the muscles are.
Will I look frozen?
Lucy’s approach is to soften lines while keeping natural movement. The dose is tailored to you and can be adjusted at your review if needed.

What aftercare should I follow?
- Stay upright for four hours
- Avoid touching or massaging the area for the rest of the day
- Skip exercise, saunas and alcohol for 24 hours
- Avoid facials and make-up on the area until the next day
